She is the founder of the Latiwa Development Foundation and co-founder of BuildHerAFture Africa, where she leads initiatives that empower women, advance the circular economy, and foster innovation in renewable energy, agri-tech, and waste management. Cathy is also a global ambassador for the Makutano Network and a 2024 member of 100 Women Davos, reflecting her commitment to gender equity and inclusive economic participation.
