About

Olatokunbo Ige is an international expert in human rights, peace and security, development, and disarmament, with over forty years of experience across Africa. She has worked with African governments, regional and sub-regional intergovernmental agencies, the United Nations, NGOs, and businesses of all sizes, leveraging law, social policy, and people-oriented strategies to drive organizational and community development. A human rights lawyer and social entrepreneur, she has founded four SMEs, led over 120 Togolese SMEs in establishing TOGOMALL—the country’s first platform exclusively for locally made products—and serves as a business angel and board member for ABAN and TOGOBAN.

A certified leadership coach accredited through the John Maxwell Programme and Personality Insights Inc., Olatokunbo is a strategic thinker and advocate for sustainable development, women’s empowerment, youth leadership, and ecological innovation. Fluent in English and French, she actively participates in global networks such as 100 Women in Davos, AWCN, and the Global Wealth Forum. As a Senior Executive Fellow at The Digital Economist, she contributes her expertise in governance, policy, and sustainable development to advance global leadership and strategic initiatives.
