Victo Nalule

About

Victo Nalule is a sustainability, ESG, and inclusion practitioner advancing equitable development across corporate, nonprofit, and humanitarian contexts. A differently abled leader and accessibility advocate, her work focuses on connecting environmental sustainability, social impact, and responsible governance while promoting systems that enable participation and opportunity for people with disabilities. Her leadership engages issues of inclusive innovation, digital access, and community resilience, with a consistent emphasis on ensuring that sustainability and technology transitions are accessible by design.

Nalule is the Founder and Executive Director of Tunaweza Foundation, a Ugandan organization that empowers women and youth with disabilities through inclusive innovation, digital skills development, and community programs aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals. She also spent more than fourteen years with Umeme Limited, Uganda’s national electricity distributor, working in Safety, Health, and Environment Administration while advancing workplace wellbeing, ESG initiatives, and community engagement practices. In addition to her nonprofit leadership, she serves as a Peer Academic Coach at Murdoch University, supporting students through peer-led academic guidance and inclusive learning strategies.

Nalule is currently pursuing a Master’s in Sustainable Development at Murdoch University, Australia, as an Australia Awards Scholar under the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). She also holds a Certificate in Civil Leadership and Engagement from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and postgraduate training in Human Resource Management from the Uganda Management Institute. As an Executive Fellow in Sustainability in Tech at The Digital Economist, she contributes perspectives on inclusive sustainability, ESG leadership, and accessibility within digital and technological transformation.
