Anil Kakani is an investor and technology strategist focused on delivering disruptive and sustainable technologies to India and other emerging markets. He is the founder of Vikasa Holdings and co-founder of Marc Lumer Productions. Kakani previously served as Vice President and India Country Head at the Algorand Foundation, Executive Director at Anand Rathi Global Finance, and Senior Advisor for India at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. His earlier experience includes commercial development at Corning, legislative work in the U.S. Senate, and policy advisory work in the Executive Office of the President. He also serves on the boards of Just Jobs Network, the World Sustainable Development Forum, Skate Basti Foundation, and Friends of Mann Deshi.
