Dr. Steph Sharma is a sustainability strategist, systems-change researcher, and consultant with extensive experience in strategy, human capital, and organizational transformation. She leads Symbio Strategies, where she supports mission-driven leaders and organizations in navigating complexity, building strategic resilience, and making balanced decisions in uncertain environments. Steph also teaches graduate courses in sustainable strategy and management and serves as a Visiting Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Hult International Business School, where her research explores adaptive resilience through complexity science, effectuation, and responsible artificial intelligence.
