Lamek Nyabuga is a strategy and program implementation specialist focused on health, international development, strategic partnerships, and government engagement across Africa. He is Senior Knowledge Manager and Country Engagement Lead at Genesis Analytics, where he supports a 16-country African HIV prevention portfolio, leading country engagement in Eswatini and South Sudan and connecting implementation evidence, stakeholder insight, and program strategy to strengthen delivery. His work spans program design and management, implementation learning, knowledge management, monitoring and evaluation, technical assistance, policy and advocacy, and multi-stakeholder coordination.

Previously, Lamek served as Regional Program & Partnerships Manager at Tiko, managing program delivery and strategic partnerships across eight counties in Kenya. Earlier, he worked in HIV, sexual and reproductive health, and gender-based violence programming at LVCT Health and in policy and advocacy at the Centre for the Study of Adolescence. He has also conducted program evaluation work with Partners In Health and led digital communications and content development at Stories to Action. Lamek holds a master's degree in Global Health Delivery from the University of Global Health Equity in Rwanda and a bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Kenyatta University. He is also pursuing a master's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy at Kenya Methodist University. His career combines health program implementation, evidence and learning, government engagement, and partnership development across diverse African contexts.
