Lauren Hasson is a senior engineering leader, founder, and advisor working on workforce transformation, AI adoption, and leadership in high-change environments. She currently serves as Senior Director of Software Engineering, Client & Customer Apps at a Silicon Valley fintech, where she leads engineering for mission-critical platforms and drives the integration of AI into customer-facing products. Her work focuses on scaling teams, strengthening execution, and enabling organizations to adapt and perform under sustained technological disruption.
She is also the Founder and CEO of DevelopHer, a platform supporting professionals in building skills, visibility, and career resilience in evolving industries. Through DevelopHer, she has led global programs, keynote engagements, and initiatives that support career development, leadership growth, and adaptability across technical and non-technical roles. In parallel, she works as an Advisor and Keynote Speaker through Disruption-Ready, where she engages organizations on AI adoption, workforce agility, and performance under pressure.
