His work bridges finance, national security, and diplomatic strategy, with experience spanning capital markets, corporate development, and policy environments. He has held leadership and advisory roles across organizations including Speer Group, Houlihan Lokey, Rheinmetall, and the Institute of Economic Affairs, supporting early-stage investment initiatives and strategic capital allocation in complex, high-stakes contexts.

Educated at EBS, Harvard, and Oxford, Max also completed the United Nations Staff Officers’ Course at the German Bundeswehr Command and Staff College.
