Nancy Morgan is a national security executive, former Intelligence Community Chief Data Officer, and strategic advisor with more than 35 years of experience leading data, information technology, and organizational transformation across the U.S. government and private sector. She is CEO and Owner of Ellis Morgan Enterprises, where she provides executive advisory and corporate strategy services, and serves as a strategic advisor to organizations including Elastic, T-Mobile, Bastogne.ai, and data². She is also a Client Advisor at The Cantellus Group and serves on advisory boards including those of SambaNova Systems and Academy Securities. Her work spans data and AI strategy, data management and literacy, digital transformation, cloud adoption, trustworthy AI, and technology governance, with a particular focus on national security and intelligence.

Nancy previously served as the Intelligence Community Chief Data Officer and Assistant DNI for Information & Data at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, later serving as Assistant DNI for Domestic Engagement, Information Sharing & Data. Earlier in her career, she held multiple leadership positions during more than three decades at the Central Intelligence Agency. She has extensive experience building data and AI organizations, leading major government technology initiatives, and developing partnerships across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, law enforcement, industry, and international partners. She is also a Visiting Fellow at the National Security Institute's Cyber and Tech Center and advocates for women in STEM/STEAM and the development of the next-generation workforce. In 2024, she was named among DataIQ100 USA's Most Influential People in Data.
