Neeraj Madan is an IBM–certified AI expert and seasoned data science leader with over 20 years of experience driving AI–powered automation, enterprise solutions, and ethical AI frameworks. He has led AI/ML teams at IBM Systems, developed globally adopted enterprise products, co-authored the IBM Open Group Data Scientist Certification, and contributed extensively to IBM’s AI blog. As an adjunct professor at Collin College, he teaches data science and AI applications, combining technical rigor with practical insights for industry professionals.

Neeraj also chairs the nonprofit Keep Little Elm Beautiful and serves on multiple steering committees, promoting data-driven community impact. As a Senior Executive Fellow at The Digital Economist, he brings his expertise in AI, machine learning, and ethical technology to support research, thought leadership, and practical frameworks for the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence globally.
