Oabona Kgengwenyane is a Botswana-based entrepreneur, business strategist, and technology leader focused on organizational growth, digital transformation, and the development of African enterprises. He is Founder and Managing Director of Innolead Consulting, which he has grown into a leading homegrown consulting firm in Botswana with operations and partnerships across multiple African countries. He also serves as Executive Chairman of DigitalGae Technologies and leads Manenzo Farming, a large-scale agricultural enterprise supplying premium beef to international markets. His work spans corporate strategy, organizational design, digital transformation, technological innovation, and business development.

Oabona also serves as a Business Transformation Advisor for Africa through the Stanford Graduate School of Business Seed Program, mentoring CEOs and founders on translating business strategy into practical growth. He is a founding mentor of the Elevate Her Programme, supporting women's leadership and entrepreneurship, and hosts the Growth Well Podcast, which focuses on entrepreneurial learning and business growth.
