Pamela Isom is an AI, data, energy, and cybersecurity executive with extensive experience leading technology strategy, digital modernization, and responsible AI initiatives across government and industry. She is Founder and CEO of IsAdvice & Consulting, where she advises organizations on AI innovation, cybersecurity readiness, data management, governance, and AI-powered infrastructure. She previously served as Executive Director of the Artificial Intelligence and Technology Office at the U.S. Department of Energy, where she led AI strategy and risk management, strategic portfolio management, energy research partnerships, data governance, and agency-wide AI governance as Chief AI Officer and Responsible AI Official. She also served as Deputy Chief Information Officer at the Department of Energy, overseeing strategy, architecture, product management, data science, software engineering, and emerging technology initiatives.

Pamela's federal leadership experience also includes serving as Executive Director of Application Engineering and Development at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and senior technology and consulting roles at Dell and IBM. Her work spans AI and data strategy, energy systems, cybersecurity, cloud transformation, DevSecOps, supply chain risk management, and technology governance.
