Prosasty Chaudhuri is Founder and CEO of Cuspide Data, a data and AI workforce transformation company focused on helping organizations build enterprise capabilities in data, AI, and responsible AI. She is a global data and AI leader with expertise spanning data governance, AI operating models, workforce readiness, and responsible deployment. She currently serves as a Board Member of The Johns Hopkins University Whiting School of Engineering, where she contributes to strategic decision-making and engineering education and innovation.

Chaudhuri previously served as Chief Data Officer at HSBC Global Banking & Markets, Managing Director and Chief Data Officer at Silicon Valley Bank, and Global Head of Data Governance & Policy at Citi. Earlier, at GE, she led data governance and quality initiatives within a global enterprise environment. Across these roles, she has led global teams spanning data engineering, analytics, architecture, governance, and technology transformation within highly regulated financial institutions, working with CEOs, boards, and government entities on AI decision-making, data governance, enterprise readiness, and digital transformation. Her experience brings a governance-focused perspective on explainability, regulatory confidence, risk management, organizational adoption, and responsible AI.
