Randi Seiff is a global strategy leader, creative executive, and systems thinker with more than 30 years of international experience at the intersection of sustainability, fashion, technology, and brand innovation. She is the Co-Founder and CEO of Treun House Atelier, a global impact luxury brand pioneering circular, technology-enabled fashion models. Her work focuses on translating complex challenges into scalable, purpose-driven solutions—integrating strategy, design, and innovation to build brands with long-term environmental and social impact.

Design-driven and strategy-led, Randi brings an end-to-end approach that connects brand vision, product development, supply chains, customer experience, and go-to-market execution. At Treun House Atelier, she leads innovation across proprietary circular materials, digital garment IDs for transparency and lifecycle traceability, AI-enabled made-to-measure production, and on-demand manufacturing models that reduce waste and overproduction. Treating the planet as a core stakeholder, she embeds sustainability at every touchpoint, aligning product, technology, partnerships, and storytelling through a commitment to circularity and community impact across land, oceans, wildlife, and humanitarian initiatives. Previously, Randi founded Randi Seiff Design, a multidisciplinary consultancy supporting global enterprises and emerging brands across fashion and lifestyle. Through her proprietary I.D.E.A. Framework—Imagine, Design, Execute, Amplify—she helps organizations align purpose with performance by connecting brand story, product strategy, customer insight, and market activation into a cohesive system. As a Senior Executive Fellow at The Digital Economist, Randi contributes to the Sustainability in Tech workstream, bringing a practitioner’s perspective on how design, technology, and systems thinking can enable circular economies, transparent value chains, and regenerative business models at scale.
