Dr. Sandra K. Johnson is a technologist, entrepreneur, and board advisor whose work spans research, enterprise systems, and financial innovation. She is the Founder and CEO of SKJ Visioneering, LLC, where she advises organizations on blockchain, cloud, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. Over a 26-year career at IBM—including roles as Chief Technology Officer for Central, East and West Africa and CTO for Global Small and Medium Businesses—she has focused on translating complex technologies into practical, scalable solutions that deliver measurable value for institutions, markets, and communities.
Her work is defined by a systems-level orientation, grounded in deep expertise in high-performance computing, enterprise infrastructure, and innovation strategy.
