Tatiana Ferreira is a global commercial and operations executive with more than 25 years of experience across luxury, retail, hospitality, and consumer businesses. She is Chief Sales Officer of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, where she leads global commercial growth across sales, customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue. She is also Founder and CEO of HarmonIQ Consulting & Advisory, advising boards, executive teams, and investors on operational transformation, customer experience, AI integration, and governance. In addition, she serves as an independent director of Crown Crafts, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRWS), where she chairs the Audit, Compensation, and Capital Committees, and as an Executive Board member of FIU's Pino Global Entrepreneurship Center.

Previously, Tatiana served as Senior Vice President of Retail, Customer Service and Operations at Neiman Marcus Group, where she led a $1.5 billion retail business and a 9,000-plus employee organization. At Louis Vuitton, she led retail operations and customer strategy across a $3 billion Americas business encompassing 150 stores and 2,200 employees. Her earlier leadership roles include Vice President of Retail and Global Operations and Customer Experience at Stuart Weitzman, CEO of BRITTO®, and positions across sales, operations, and guest experience at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and The Walt Disney Company. Her expertise spans commercial strategy, customer experience, operational excellence, capital allocation, enterprise risk, and AI-enabled transformation.
