Dr. Manjula Devi Shroff is an MD and the CEO of Kalorex Group, and a visionary education entrepreneur whose institutions have impacted more than 100,000 students across India. She is the author of the bestselling Baby Steps to Big Dreams and its sequel Safe Teen Steps, and is widely recognized as an international speaker on education, youth development, parenting, and social impact. Her academic foundation includes management training at IIM Ahmedabad and executive education from London School of Economics, equipping her to lead large-scale, mission-driven educational institutions across more than 60 campuses.
