She currently serves as Chief Data Officer at Cadent, where she leads large-scale machine learning and GenAI initiatives, overseeing enterprise data platforms that translate advanced analytics into measurable business and customer outcomes. Her work emphasizes scalability, data integrity, and responsible deployment of emerging technologies.

Previously, Sowgandhika held senior leadership roles at TD Bank, Comcast, and BDP International, directing global data engineering, analytics, and enterprise architecture teams.
