Stephan Pouyat is an international financial markets executive and strategic advisor with more than three decades of experience spanning financial market infrastructure, global custody, investment funds, corporate strategy, M&A, and private capital deployment. He is Founder and CEO of BLEUMOTION, where he advises governments, regulators, financial market infrastructures, financial institutions, and institutional investors on sovereign capital market development, custody, post-trade infrastructure, international financial centers, and complex cross-border financial matters. He is also Founder of GREEN POWERHOUSE, supporting corporations, investors, and public institutions on corporate strategy, business transformation, industrial development, M&A, and private capital deployment.

Prior to founding these firms, Stephan spent more than 20 years in senior executive roles at Euroclear, where he held responsibilities across investment funds, global custody, capital markets, strategy, innovation, international business development, and business transformation. He led businesses responsible for approximately €3.2 trillion in assets and worked across more than 50 international markets, including directing the transformation of European ETF post-trade infrastructure and Euroclear’s acquisition and integration of MFEX. He also held a senior e-business development role at Federated Investors, where he led digital transformation initiatives for the investment funds industry.
