Ambriel Pouncy is the Global Head of Engagement & Ecosystem Innovation at The Digital Economist, where she leads the growth of the Institutional Research Network (IRN) and builds multi-sector partnerships shaping the future of technology, climate, and economic transformation. She brings more than fifteen years of experience across Silicon Valley, global fashion, and sustainability, advising organizations on circular business models, regenerative design, and emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, digital identity, and immersive systems. Previously, she led global Web3 partnerships and innovation for the luxury sector at Intertrust and founded the Fusion Fashion Tech Society, a 501(c)(3) and United Nations Fashion & Lifestyle Network member. She also launched HBCU Climate Ventures to activate Historically Black Colleges and Universities around climate education, green skills, and pathways into the emerging climate economy.
Ambriel has spoken at the United Nations Science Summit, the World Economic Forum in Davos, Harvard University, and the Columbia Climate School, where she also serves as a guest lecturer. She sits on several advisory boards advancing sustainability and inclusive climate solutions. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and participating in global cultural events.
