Juan Carlos (JC) Reyes is President of El Salvador’s Comisión Nacional de Activos Digitales (CNAD), the government institution responsible for regulating and supervising the country’s digital asset ecosystem. He has more than 20 years of entrepreneurial and consulting experience across technology, energy, and blockchain, and is the founder and lead consultant of efficiency.ca, an international management consulting firm. His earlier work includes technology and business development roles with the City of Greater Sudbury and Missanabie Cree First Nation, as well as systems and network infrastructure work at Laurentian University. Reyes holds a Master’s in Management and Finance from Harvard University and degrees in Mining Engineering, Computer Science, and Mathematics from Laurentian University.
