This paper examines the principles and practicalities of human-centeredgovernance in the digital age. Drawing on lessons from global coalitions,digital governance initiatives, and participatory systems design, it argues thatalthough human-centered approaches aim to place people at the core ofdecision-making, they must also be anchored in structured processes, oversightmechanisms, and contextual relevance. Through an analysis of coalitionbuilding, civic engagement, and the responsible integration of technology, thispaper proposes a governance model that is adaptive, inclusive, and responsive.Finally, it considers the potential for symbiotic collaboration between humansand AI agents while emphasizing the indispensable role of human judgment.
